Soft Cheese Workshop

Siggi and Gustaf will teach you how to make Normandy style Camembert cheese,Gourmet Fetta Cheese, Mascarpone, Cream Cheese and Greek Yoghurt. They will also show you how you can marinate your own Gourmet Fetta Cheese with different herbs and oils and how you can make various fillings/logs/balls to serve with your cream cheese. All these cheeses are easy to do and very tasty and you get to take home everything you make.
