Gourmet Sausage Making Workshop

Join Siggi and Gustaf from Viking Kitchen Food and learn how to make gourmet sausages the Icelandic way!

Siggi and Gustaf are here to teach you how to make a selection of sausages, all very different in taste: Italian sausage, Chorizo sausage, Thai sausage, Garlic and Rosemary sausage and Apple, Curry and Fennel sausage. Learn how to use casings from the butcher or you can use artificial casings as well. This is a hands-on workshop where you get to practise every single step by doing it yourself with your teacher right next to you, ready to answer any questions you may have.

All ingredients and course materials are supplied to participants as well as a morning tea. You get to take home the goodies you make so please bring an Esky.
