Wellbeing Workshop

The purpose of this workshop is to promote meditation and self-care techniques as a self-empowering, self-managed therapy that every person regardless of age, religion, culture or socio-economic background can easily incorporate into their existing lifestyle to improve their health and gain more happiness and enjoyment from their lives.

The aim of the day is to help you lower your blood pressure, slow your heartbeat, calm your mind, relax your muscles, be in the now, relieve stress, empower your mind and body and create more happiness in your life. The workshop incorporates meditation styles and techniques, yoga, breathing and relaxation exercises, drumming rhythms and soulful foods.
