BCA National’s Training and Assessment qualification is designed to give you the best start to a career as a trainer, giving you endless career opportunities and the chance to share your knowledge and skills with others.

Our program is also endorsed by a national recruitment agency with job opportunities for skilled trainers and assessors with relevant industry qualifications who have completed the TAE40116. Additionally, successful graduates of the TAE40116 Training and Assessment qualification may have the opportunity to be recruited by BCA National as trainers and assessors for our programs*.

*Completion of the TAE40116 does not guarantee recruitment by BCA National Training Group.

Trainers recruited from this program must hold qualifications matching BCA National Training Group’s scope of registration. Recruitment of any trainer will be at the discretion of BCA National Training Group.

BCA National is an award winning registered training organisation – RTO 91758.

Pre-requisites
Access to Internet and email is required when participating in this course.

Nil, however it is strongly recommended you have access to a training environment for skill display and evidence collection.

  • Use training packages and accredited courses to meet client needs (TAEDES402)
  • Plan assessment activities and processes (TAEASS401)
  • Make a presentation (BSBCMM401)
  • Assess competence (TAEASS402)
  • Plan, organise and deliver group-based learning (TAEDEL401)
  • Plan, organise and facilitate learning in the workplace (TAEDEL402)
  • Design and develop learning programs (TAEDES401)
