Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee

SITHFAB005 Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee

On completion of this course, participants will be able to select and grind coffee, organise work areas, maintain the espresso machine, provide customer service and advise customers on all aspects of espresso coffee making. All major coffee styles will be taught.

For WH&S, students will need to wear enclosed shoes and long pants to protect themselves.
Participants must hold SITXFSA001 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety (Level 1) for accreditation unless completing the course for personal development only.

Assessments are made against units of competency from the Certificate II in Hospitality SIT20316.
