This course combines horticulutre and hospitality in an innovative program aimed at people who want to save money by growing and cooking their own food; also something positive for the environment – starting in their own backyard; develop job ready skills for the horticultural and farming industries; and, explore green food business opportunities – like supplying local shops with quality, organic produce.
Trainer Steve Bigg will lead students in an inspiring program that includes hands-on gardening at Bingara’s Living Classroom.
This class will include units of competency from the Foundation Skills Traning Package and is Centrelink approved for eligible students.
