Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee

SITHFAB005 Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee On completion of this course, participants will be able to select and grind coffee, organise work areas, maintain the espresso machine, provide customer service and advise customers on all aspects of espresso coffee making. All major coffee styles will be taught. *Pre-requisite* For work, health and safety, students will need to wear enclosed shoes and long pants to protect themselves. Participants must hold SITXFSA001 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety (Level 1) for accreditation. (No pre-requisites required if the course is for personal development.) This training will be delivered and assessed by Coates Hospitality Services, trading as Australian Training & Consulting (ATAC) - RTO ID 90866. Statements of Attainment will be issued by ATAC.
