Join us as we work with the body into postures and breathing/relaxation techniques towards calming the mind, strengthening the body and nourishing the soul.

Classes suitable for beginner to intermediate levels. Instructor Karen brings over 20 years of yoga practice and teaching into these warm and welcoming classes.
