LEATHER BELT MAKING
This popular course was last run in March, this year, with tutor John McMaster. In one 6 hour session, you will learn how to make a plaited kangaroo hide belt, complete with buckle. Some students made more than one belt in the previous class, even a dog collar!
 When:      Saturday, 31 October at Warialda High School
                 from 8:30am to 2:30pm. Min 4, max 5.
                 Please enrol by 23 October
Cost:       $70 plus cost of leather strips and buckle.

IMPROVERS BRIDGE
Build on what you have already learned with the game of Bridge. This course of four x 3 hour weekly lessons will improve your game and give you greater insight into aspects of the game. Your tutor will be Bridge Teacher, Paula Lennon.
 When:     Four x 3 hour weekly lessons, from 3pm to 6pm
                beginning Tuesday, 13 October at the HACC Centre
 Cost:     $78   Please enrol by 7 October.

 

 COMPUTERS for SENIORS
For the first time, the Community College can now offer daytime classes in Warialda, thanks to a partnership with CTC Centre in Hope Street. Five brand new computers are being installed, to be ready in time for Term 4 and the first class will be a morning class for seniors to learn basic computers. You will be shown basic word processing, letters, essays, memoirs etc and also how to access the internet to send emails, and to search for information and to find Websites.
 When:     Monday mornings, 9, 16, 23 November l0am to 12noon,
                at the CTC Centre, Hope Street
 Cost:      $50.  Min. 5 required.   Please enrol by 2 November

TUESDAY CRAFT GROUP
Craft Group meets every Tuesday morning at CWA rooms in StephenStreet, under auspices of Community College. Contact the Coordinator formore details.

PATCHWORK QUILTING GROUP
 This Group meets every second Sunday morning at the CWA rooms, phone the
