SAFELY in the CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (CPCCOHS1001A) (formally known as Green Card)
Recognised by WorkCover in NSW, Qld and Victoria. Mandatory for all people working on or intending to work on or at a construction site. Course participants must meet WorkCover ID requirements on the day of the course. (*ID checklist available when enrolling). The course must start on time - late arrivals not permitted to join class. Training by ATAC. WorkCover Certificate and Card issued on successful completion of course.

ANAPHYLAXIS WORKSHOPS
Anaphylaxis is the most severe form of allergic reaction and has the potential to be life threatening. It occurs after exposure to an allergen to which a person is already extremely sensitive. Take this opportunity to learn about anaphylaxis, covering known triggers, care and treatment.

ADVANCED RESUSCITATION

This course deals with the provision of advanced first aid response, life support, management of casualties, the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance, and provision of support to other providers.

 TRAFFIC CONTROL COURSE (Stop/Slow Blue Card) (BCCCM2013B)
This is a one day RTA accredited course designed to reinforce the importance of safety while operating as a Traffic Controller. This qualification is essential for anyone wishing to control traffic on public roads. NB: It is a pre-requisite that candidates hold OH&S Construction Induction and minimum P2 Green Driver’s Licence. Course by ATAC – Geoff Tall RTA Licensed Trainer. RTA Traffic Controller’s ticket and Logbook valid for 3 years will be issued on successful completion of the course.

OWNER BUILDER CERTIFICATE
Get your Owner Builder Qualification via Distance Education (mail or online). Course material and questionnaire will be supplied and will take approx 8 hours to complete. This course is run by Asset Building Consultants and is approved by the Office of Fair Trading. A Certificate is issued on completion. Students have access to online support service if help is required. If you need a computer one is available at the College if you book ahead.

Cost: $150.00.  Enrolments any time.
From Tourism, Hospitality and Events SIT07 training package through Country Hospitality Services or Australian Training and Consulting.  Statements of Attainment will be issued upon successful completion of course assessments.The NSW liquor laws mandate responsible service of alcohol training for the liquor industry. The courses delivered are NSW CLGCA approved. Since 1 Jan 2009 the NSW RSA certificate is not recognised in Qld. Your RSA (LAB approved) and RCG certificate do not expire once you have obtained them and they meet the OLGR requirements

MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY (advanced)

"Conflict is a struggle between at least two parties who perceive incompatible goals. Conflict exists and is inevitable in any dynamic relationship."  In this exciting workshop conflict is seen as a part of all our lives - it is unavoidable and inevitable.
