(BCCCM013B)![]() This is a one day (7 hour) RTA accredited course designed to reinforce the importance of safety while operating as a Traffic Controller. This qualification is essential for anyone wishing to control traffic on public roads. NB: It is a pre-requisite that candidates hold OH & S Construction Induction credentials and have attained at least their Green P licence. Course by ATAC – Geoff Tall or Darren Rickard RTA Licensed Trainer. When: Wednesday 18 Nov 9.00am – 5.00pm. Min. 8 Max. 16 Cost: $135 WORK SAFELY in the CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (Formerly Green Card) This essential course is for all persons who work in the construction industry. (ICA05) This six week course running two days per week takes you from step 1 – turning the computer on through to completion of Certificate I in Information Technology. Operate a Personal Computer (ICAU1128A), Word Processing– Operate a Word Processing Application (ICAU1129A), Internet & Email– Send & Retrieve Information using Web Browsers & Email (ICAU1133A). FOLLOW WORKPLACE HYGIENE PROCEDURES/SAFE FOOD

This course is relevant to all staff and volunteers working in kitchens, food stores, cafes, restaurants, clubs etc. On completion of this course, you will have a basic understanding of the importance and consequences of food poisoning and food contamination and be able to practise safe food handling techniques. BARISTA - ESPRESSO COFFEE

This course deals with the skills and knowledge required to extract and serve espresso, foaming silky milk correctly, the different coffees on the menu, correct storage of coffee, cleaning, care and preventative maintenance of machinery.
