‘I REMEMBER
WHEN....’
HAVE YOU GOT A STORY TO TELL?
How many times have you been with a group of friends or relatives
yarning about things that have happened in the past? Has
anyone ever said, "You should write that down because when you're
gone, so is the experience!"
We would like to encourage our 60 years (young) and over population to write down some "life experiences" so that they can be made available to others. Specially the younger generation. This course is a first for the Community College-Northern Inland, so please come along and put those memories onto paper – forever. When: Commencing Wednesday 21 Oct 4 – 6pm; A HAPPY and HEALTHIER YOU! Do you feel yuk? Think it would be great to learn some more about nutrition and exercise? Come along and see how to change your eating habits without going overboard or making yourself ill. This course is to encourage people to make informed decisions about how to look after themselves and perhaps shed those few kilos that don’t seem to want to go anywhere. When: Thursday 29 Oct to Thursday 19 Nov 5:30pm – 7:30pm; Wisteria Room, Barraba Health Service; Min.5. Would you like to experience emotional freedom? Well we have just the course for you! David Maddigan will teach you how to release anger, anxiety, phobias, depression, negative thought patterns, stress and put an end to that migraine which has just started to kick in and ruin your day. When: Thursday 12 Nov 6 – 8pm; |
